Agent or bounty hunter, but unfortunately, they fail to inform you that you can apply

Domestic and International Fugitives wanted by local,
state & federal government organizations where bounties
"rewards" for tips leading to the capture of
fugitives can reach millions of dollars.
Just visit the
FBI website, or
America's Most Wanted
, or any Police Department website,
and see for yourself.
In addition, a majority of online
courses are run by a very small group of people, often
containing outdated inaccurate material on the subject
of become a bounty hunter or bail enforcement agent.
Bounty Hunter Employment.com has
put a new face on the Bail Enforcement / Bounty Hunting
Industry.
The Bounty Hunting Industry is our
passion, and we truly want aspiring bounty hunter's to
succeed in this business through the proper tools and
resources.
There are many in the industry
that confuse Bail Enforcement with Bounty Hunting.
Below, you will find some brief definitions of what this
web site focuses on.
Taylor Vs. Taintor -
U.S. Supreme Court Law:
In 1872, the U.S. Supreme Court
Case "Taylor vs. Taintor" gave bail enforcement agents
nearly limitless power and authority when hunting down a
subject. This means that a bounty hunter may enter
their premise if needed to capture their wanted
fugitive, whether it be on behalf of a financial
institution, company or government authority.
However it is important to note,
that all U.S. States have varying digrees of
requirements in regards to bounty hunters. There
are a handful of states that have outright banned it
completely, in which they have an independent right to
do. Other states require training and/or
licensure, while other states require no formal training
or licensure at all.
Brief Definition Of
Bail Enforcement:
A Bail Enforcement Agent or Fugitive Recovery Agent
is an individual who is hired by a bail bond company to
apprehend a subject who fails to appear in court
"forfeiting their bond". The BEA or Fugitive
Recovery Agent can expect to earn 10% of the total bond
amount upon capture. However, if the BEA fails to
capture the fugitive, they don't get paid.
Brief Definition of A
Bounty Hunter:
A bounty hunter is an individual who captures
fugitives ("hunting") for a monetary reward ("bounty"),
for apprehending by law, if such laws exist. Other names
include Bail Agent, Bail Enforcement Agent, Bail
Officer, Fugitive Recovery Agent, Fugitive Recovery
Officer, or Bail Fugitive Recovery Specialist.
"Wikipedia" The
apprehension of a subject by a DOMESTIC or INTERNATIONAL
Bounty Hunter, whereby a reward is offered, whether it
be an individual on the run from the local, state or
federal authorities or just someone who hasn't gone back
to court. A Bounty Hunter can be defined as one who
enforces bail, hired by a Bail Bond Company or one who
assists in the capture of a wanted fugitive from the
governing authorities, including but not limited to
Police Departments, The State, and FBI.
Brief Definition of a Bail Bondsman:
A bail bondsman is any person or corporation which
will act as a surety and pledge money or property as
bail for the appearance of a criminal defendant in
court. Although banks, insurance companies and other
similar institutions are usually the sureties on other
types of contracts, for example, to bond a contractor
who is under a contractual obligation to pay for the
completion of a construction project, such entities are
reluctant to put their depositors' or policyholders'
funds at the kind of risk involved in posting a bail
bond. Bail bondsmen, on the other hand, are usually in
the business to cater exclusively to criminal
defendants, often securing their customers' release in
just a few hours. You will find thousands of bail
bond companies across the United States that you can
contact once you are licensed or trained if required
by law. Bail bondsmen are almost exclusively found in
the United States, as in most other countries bail is
usually more modest, and the practice of bounty hunting
is illegal. Brief Definition of Skip Tracing:
Skip Tracing is the electronic means of tracking down
a suspect. The Internet has become a powerful tool
in the search for fugitives. Skip Tracing can be used
to locate defendants and wanted fugitives. There
are vast resources available on the Internet, some of
which include searching DMV Records, Social Security
Searches, Court Files, Reverse Lookup Tools, plus so
many more. Skip Tracing is an art, and will take some
practice. These Skip Tracing techniques can be
used to capture wanted fugitives at all governing
authoritative levels. |

There are nearly
10,000 Bail Enforcement Agents that work directly with Bail Bond

documentation to do so.
Although, if a
fugitive is wanted on a Federal Level, you may assist in the
tracking down of the suspect, regardless of which country you reside
in.

A Quick Overview
What is a Bounty Hunter?
Basically, a bounty hunter, or fugitive
recovery agent, is a person who apprehends fugitives in exchange for
a monetary reward "bounty". If a defendant fails to show up for a
court appearance, he is then considered a fugitive. When this
happens, the bail bond company will hire a bounty hunter to recover
the fugitive. The term "Fugitive Recovery" Agent is preferred by
those in the industry over the more derogatory "bounty hunter"
because the term "bounty hunter" conjures up images of the old west
with its "dead or alive posters" and rewards offered in exchange for
the fugitive. A fugitive recovery agent works for a percentage of
the bail amount, not a reward. Other names include Bail Agent,
Bail Enforcement Agent, Bail Officer, Fugitive Recovery Agent,
Fugitive Recovery Officer, or Bail Fugitive Recovery Specialist.
One couldn't enter into this profession without research and
training. In order to become a bounty hunter, one must have
knowledge of how the bail bonds industry works. In addition, the
bounty hunter must be proficient in other skills such as detecting
deceit, surveillance, skip tracing and negotiation. A bounty hunter
must also know how to research and investigate missing persons. He
must be able to access and analyze phone records of the fugitive's
friends and family. He will have to know how to dig into the
fugitive's past and find all past residences. He will need to learn
the fugitive's habits, vices, friends, enemies and hangouts. In
other words, a bounty hunter must have good investigative skills.

Bounty hunting originated in England hundreds of years ago. Back in
the 13th century, bail was a person, not an amount of money. An
individual was designated custodian of the accused, and if the
accused did not return to face his penalty, the custodian could be
hanged in his place.
During colonial times, America relied upon the bail system set up by
the government of England. In 1679, the British Parliament passed
the Habeas Corpus Act, which for the first time guaranteed that an
accused person could be released from prison on monetary bail. It
stated:
... within two days after the party shall be brought before them,
the said lord chancellor or lord keeper ... shall discharge the said
prisoner from his imprisonment, taking his or their recognizance,
with one or more surety or sureties, in any sum according to their
discretions, having regard to the quality of the prisoner and nature
of the offense, for his or their appearance in the court of the
King's bench the term following ...
This right was later written into the U.S. Constitution. The Eighth
Amendment to the Constitution prohibited the setting of excessive
bail, and the Judiciary Act of 1789, which established the U.S.
judicial court system, defined the terms for bailable offenses.
Federal bail law remained unchanged until the Bail Reform Act of
1966, which allowed the prisoner to be released with as little bail
as possible to secure his or her return for trial (although the 1984
Bail Reform Act allowed the courts to hold accused persons without
bail if they were deemed too dangerous for release). For more
information on bail, see How Bail Works.
The bounty hunter was given broad authority starting in 1873 with
the U.S. Supreme Court case, Taylor v. Taintor. The case gave bounty
hunters the authority to act as agents of bail bondsmen. Bounty
hunters on the trail of a bail jumper could "pursue him into another
state" and, if necessary, "break and enter his house for that
purpose." Today, states have their own restrictions when it comes to
bounty hunting, but most states give bounty hunters the freedom to
pursue and arrest bail jumpers within and across their borders.

operation, or take a more hands on approach and assist in the
capture of bail jumpers.
For fugitive recovery agencies to be truly
successful, a female component is needed in the apprehension of
fugitives.
Our eBook will provide you with everything you need
to become successful, regardless of which role you're looking to
play.
This is a very lucrative business for women, as it
is for men.

A Quick Explanation How Money
Can
Be Made:
A person is arrested, and a bond is set by the court
depending on the nature of the crime. If the individual can
come up with the cash, he/she is released on condition that they
appear for their court date. Many individuals who are arrested
don't have the money to make bail, so they call a bail bond company.
The bail bond company pays the court whatever the bail is set at,
and the prisoner is released on condition. Their fee is 10-20%
of the bonded amount.
If the individual does not show up for their court date
"jumps bail", the bond is
forfeited. A bail enforcement agent is then hired to track
down and apprehend the subject. The fee is 10-20% of the total
bonded amount.
For
Example: Let's say the bail bond agent pays $40,000 for
their client to make bail. Then, the person doesn't show up
for their court date. A Bounty Hunter "Bail Enforcement Agent
is then called in to find the fugitive. Upon capture, the
individual is brought back to jail. 10% or $4000 of the total
bonded amount is earned.
Just by finding a fugitive and taking him back to
jail can yield several thousand dollars in a single day!

If you're tough enough and can handle the heat, then
why not give it a try. You'll never know if you'll like the
business if you don't give it a shot.
If you talk to any bounty hunter "bail enforcement
agent", they will all say the same thing. If you try it once,
you'll never want to stop.
Why?
1.) The Amount of
Rewards, 2.) The
uninhibited power, and 3.)
self-employment, and 4.)
Personal Satisfaction of keeping the community
safe.
